To begin using:
- Desktop Users: Click the Video Banking icon at the top right of your screen.
- You will need a functioning webcam and microphone.
- Enter your name and email address, check “Agree” and click “Next”.
- Make sure your camera and audio is working correctly. Click “Next.”
- Select from video call team to initiate a call.
- Mobile Users: Download the mobile app here:
- Create a profile or opt for a quick call login
- Log in to your profile with your email address
- Select a video session login
To use the Video Banking software, you must accept both video and audio capabilities on your device. Please note that the software is not available for use on Internet Explorer; you will need to use Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or our video banking app to access.
