Use Piedmont Federal Bank Online Banking to make your payment same business day. Use your checking or savings account with us, or any bank. Using a checking account with Piedmont Federal Bank allows for the most streamlined and timely payment processing.

You can make a one-time or recurring payment via the e-service payment website. You do not need to use our Online Banking to use this service. You can have your payment withdrawn from your checking or savings account at any financial institution or use one of our other payment methods. You will need the following:

• Your Piedmont Federal Loan Account Number
• Your name, address, phone number and email address
• Your Account, Routing and Transit number from any financial institution

Payments will process within 1-2 business days. Partial payments are not allowed.

Visit any branch location during business hours for same day processing. You may also complete an enrollment form to set up recurring payments from any financial institution.

Mail your payments to the address that appears on your statement. Allow time for postal mail delivery plus 3 – 7 days for processing.
